Traci Sakosits, Sassoon's North American Creative Director, calls her "dedicated, organized and detail-oriented," but allows that her expertise lies in the strength of her technique and the creativity used in color choices for each individual. "Color enhances a haircut and creates a complete look," Hurrell says. After being discovered by arteasecolors, Coello began assisting company president Gerd Hoher at trade shows and events. "Right now I'm tweaking the ombre technique by incorporating vibrant colors into brunette shades," he says. So where does he see himself in five years?
