Creative Color Director at
Mizu Salon in New York
City Dimitrios Tsioumas is
poised for takeoff. In July
NAHA named him 2013
Master Hairstylist of the
Year and also handed him
a People's Choice Award.
In case you're counting,
that makes seven NAHA
trophies on his mantel. Of
his winning collection, The
Eccentric, shown on these
four pages, he says, "I
wanted the whole thing to
be very daring, so the color
concepts and combinations
are quite extravagant."
