➻ rhiannon scwind d { OYA } came to Blaze Salon in Coralville, Iowa, straight out of beauty school. Right away, her unrelenting work ethic opened doors for her, and she began attending workshops with industry greats like Geno Stampora and Candy Shaw Codner. Having attained master status, Rhiannon has raised the bar for all who work for her, providing the support they need to achieve their own goals. T ree days a week she conducts training sessions in cut and color, spending afternoons and weekends doing what she loves best: working behind the chair at the salon where she follows her passion for hair color. ➻ amber skrzypek k { KEUNE HAIRCOSMETICS } is a National Studio Artist for Keune Haircosmetics, having joined the company as one of their regional artists in 2007. Then in 2013 she traveled to company headquarters in the Netherlands, where she was named a Keune International 2-Star Educator. Remember her name. "I love the artistic freedom during the coloring process that allows you to customize formulas and application techniques to your canvas," she says. "The possibilities are endless." Molly has been lucky enough to work with Goldwell's John Simpson, Rebecca Hiele, Nick Pagano and Dimitrios Tsioumas. "They've been such an inspiration to me," she says. ➻ jessica lewis, ; { MATRIX } is the owner of Symmetry Hair Designs in Belleview, Florida, and names Matrix Artistic Director Chrystofer Benson as one of her mentors. "His color is like nothing you've ever seen before," she says. As an educator she loves watching her students experience "aha" moments. "We have the greatest career in the world," says Jessica, who was inspired by something she read by motivational speaker Michael Cole. "He said that nothing aff ects a human being's mental health more than their self- image, and nothing aff ects a human being's self-image more than their hair." I think we can all agree with that.
