{ REDKEN } is a Redken
Certif ed Hair Colorist and
co-owner of Hair Illusions
Salon in Tracy, California.
The f rst person to teach
her about hair color
was her mother, Cynthia
Cisneroz. "Without having
her as a mentor and a
parent, there is no way
I would be where I am
today," Rosa says. So
what drives her passion
for color? "Making
someone feel amazing
by changing their hair
color, be it a subtle
change or a complete
transformation." Now
that's something
all colorists have in
common.
