➻ Nisha Patel l { KERATIN COMPLEX } trained in London with the Vidal Sassoon Academy and continues to expand her skills in theatre and opera houses working backstage with wigs and makeup. Between gigs, Nisha freelances, doing editorials, commercials and f lm work. Her newest mentor is Deb Gavin, International Artistic Director, Keratin Complex Color Therapy. "She made me believe that anything is possible," Nisha says. "All of my mentors have taught me that the passion has to be there or you'll stop caring about what you're doing." ➻ danielle vuotto l { MATRIX } works at Fashionista's Salon in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. "Logics was, and still is, the color line I am most passionate about," says Danielle, who is proudest of passing the Matrix Color Mastery program with f ying colors. ➻ olivia smalley g { FAROUK SYSTEMS } specializes in creating conf dence for clients at Amanda Lynn & Co. in Cooper City, Florida. "Color can make a 60- year-old woman look 45," says Olivia, whose work has been featured in magazines like The Knot, Maxim and Oxygen Women's Fitness. She's also the founder of OMG! Artistry, whose clients have included opening acts for the Black Eyed Peas and Taylor Swift. kate walsh l { ALL NUTRIENT } works at Merlin's Ultimate Images in Manchester, New Hampshire, where she became so obsessed with All-Nutrient that she decided to enter a nationwide contest the company sponsored last year. "People who saw my model's picture on Facebook thought she looked younger and had a lot more conf dence," says Kate, who plans to spend some time in New York City exploring freelancing opportunities before moving to Los Angeles next year.
