4 ➻ nicole autumn suite h { OYA AND JOICO } was motivated to become a stylist after experiencing an extremely damaging color service at age 13 that required years of hair repair. As Suite embarked on her education, she decided to focus on three key goals: "I wanted to become the hairdresser who listened; who gave people what they asked for; and who learned as much about color as I could to provide people with the best results possible so they always leave with a smile," she says. She does just that at her newly opened business, Suite Hair Styles, at Phenix Salon Suites in Lake Forest, CA. ➻ adam sculnick l { MATRIX } initially wanted be a writer, but a chance encounter with the TV show Shear Genius inspired him to pursue a career as a stylist. Today, he does platform work as a Matrix artistic educator and is the owner of Rock Paper Salon in Stuart, FL, where he specializes in creating looks that meld strong color with soft, long hairstyles. Sculnick derives his drive and motivation to succeed from his wife and three children. "My family is the reason the sun rises and sets and the inspiration behind everything I do," he says. ➻ dominique limone f { PAUL MITCHELL } is a Paul Mitchell national color educator and senior designer at Platinum Salon, in Tampa, FL, who has already had the opportunity to work on several major Paul Mitchell photo and video shoots, as well as at some of the largest hair shows in the country. One of Limone's leading role models? Paul Mitchell Editorial Director Lucie Doughty. "She was one of the f rst people who invited me to work at a large Paul Mitchell event, and has been there to help me challenge myself to become a better stylist," Limone says.
