To achieve this glowing "Ardent Blonde" hue, Vincent applied a root application of equal parts Joico Crème Lightener and 20-volume developer, processing for 45 minutes, and then glazed using equal parts Vero K-PAK Color Toner Pearl Blonde and 20-volume developer on damp hair for seven minutes. go green Pantone has unveiled its color of the year for 2017: Greenery, a refreshing yellow-green shade evoking the awakening of spring. We can't wait to see your Greenery-inspired color looks this year! tt g pretty Salon designers Peter and Tess Millard, principle designers at Millard Kwon Design, took inspiration from four distinct New York City neighborhoods when conceiving the new Millard Collection of salon furniture. Seen here is the chic, feminine Crosby Wall Station, which takes a cue from the fashionable SoHo area in downtown Manhattan. ➻ millard- FAIRY DUST Gjoko Shkreli, the owner of Gjoko Salon & Spa in Larchmont, NY, embellished this short crop with a silvery blonde hue achieved using Schwarzkopf Professional BlondeMe accented by lilac highlights in the front. "My inspiration was a confi dent, trendy woman carrying off a strong, bold cut with a touch of fun and youth in the color," he says. in the clear e refreshing and lightweight water-gel texture of Matrix Biolage Aqua-Gel Conditioner, launching in April, is designed to nourish fi ne hair from roots to ends without weighing it down.
