To achieve this glowing "Ardent Blonde" hue, Vincent applied a root application of equal parts Joico Crème Lightener and 20-volume developer, processing for 45 minutes, and then glazed using equal parts Vero K-PAK Color Toner Pearl Blonde and 20-volume developer on damp hair for seven minutes. go green Pantone has unveiled its color of the year for 2017: Greenery, a refreshing yellow-green shade evoking the awakening of spring.
