Igora Royal Highlifts 12-11 + 4 oz. 30-volume peroxide 1 Create a horseshoe section on the crown connecting above the temples. 2 Paint the section around the face and only the top, alternating formulas A, B and C to add depth while mimicking the sun's natural kiss of color. The sections on top should be around 2 inches, so there's lots of depth and movement. Process for 30 minutes. 3 Rinse, shampoo and condition. 4 For extra tone, apply Schwarzkopf Professional BlondMe Blonde Toning Ice to cool off any unwanted gold, or add more gold with BlondMe Blonde Toning Caramel. Leave on for three minutes to achieve a blush tone effect. Aloxxi Chroma 6 level Natural + 1½ oz. 20-volume developer B | HIGHLIGHT 1 oz. White Lightener + 1½ oz. 20-volume developer 1 Apply formula A to new growth. Process 30 minutes. 2 Working through the part from the crown to the bang area, using thin slices in a natural brick-lay pattern, apply formula B directly on top of the base color while processing. Apply a few thin slices near each temple as well. Process 30 minutes. 3 At the shampoo bowl, remove the foils and emulsify the base color with the lightener. 4 Rinse thoroughly. Cleanse with Aloxxi ColourLock. Towel-dry hair. Apply Marco Color Hydrate Conditioner for a few minutes. Process for 50 minutes. 4 Cleanse and condition with Matrix Biolage R.A.W. Nourish Shampoo and Conditioner. Wella Illumina Color 8/ + 2 oz. 20-volume developer B | HIGHLIGHT 1 1 oz. Blondor + 1½ oz. 10-volume developer C | HIGHLIGHT 2 ½ oz. Blondor + 1 oz. 20-volume developer D | LOW-LIGHT 1 oz. Color Touch 7/73 + 2 oz. 1.9% developer E | GLOSS ½ oz. Illumina Color 10/36 + ½ oz. 10/38 + 2 oz. Koleston Perfect Pastel Developer 1 Apply highlights and low-light formula in foils in a herringbone pattern. For the highlights, alternate formula B with a few foils using formula C. Apply formula A between the foils. 2 After processing is complete, shampoo with Wella Elements Renewing Shampoo. 3 Towel-dry and apply Service Color Post Treatment for three minutes; rinse. 4 Apply formula E; process eight minutes. 5 Rinse and fi nish with Blondor Seal & Care and then Elements Lightweight Renewing Conditioner.
